In order to return the item to us, contact us  sales team or at rocky@buymoreasia.com with your proof of purchase from our website and 2 photos of the product you wish to return. Please also confirm with us your Shipping Address.

Please note that the item must fulfil these conditions:

• The item must be in the original packaging with its entire content in perfect condition

•The item quality issue such as cracks, deboning, deforming , peel off that happened beside of human error

Once we have the information and photos that show that the two conditions are met, we will let you know the next step in the return process.

Please note that :

• We do not cover the return shipping cost.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.

Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified that the contents meets the conditions above, we will contact you and give you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
